Who We Are

Since 1931, the Etsch Family has been farming in Monroe Township. Through 4 generations, agriculture has sustained us as our families have been born, worked the land and passed it to younger farmers.

As farming in NJ changes with the times, so does our family farm. From a subsistence farm in the 1930’s to modern agriculture growing hay, straw, grain and a corn maze/bakery – our family is blessed to live among the barns and the land from each generation before us.

We strive to maintain the values that a farm life often brings to folks: compassion for the animals and people who live on the land, a strong work ethic and pride for our chosen profession.
